Jewellery Care

All Warm jewellery are made with solid 18k gold, with exceptional precious or semi-precious stones. With proper care, your Warm jewellery will last you beautifully for a lifetime.

Wearing your jewellery

Try to avoid getting chemicals such as perfumes or hand sanitizers on your Warm jewellery, as this may affect their shine. As a good habit, put on your jewellery last when getting ready, to avoid unnecessary contact with perfume or beauty products.

Storing your jewellery

We recommend keeping your Warm jewellery in their original boxes. It is good practice to wipe down your jewellery with a smooth, microfiber cloth before storing. Refrain from keeping your pieces placed in a common jewellery dish or box, as this may cause scratching or tarnishing. If keeping your Warm jewellery for an extended period of time, you may wish to keep them in a zip-locked bag, away from humidity. This may prevent any natural tarnishing that may occur.

Cleaning your jewellery

You may bring your Warm jewellery to us for cleaning and/or polishing for a flat fee of $50. Do note that shipping to and from us will be incurred by you. You may also choose to clean your jewellery by soaking them in lukewarm water with a bit of gentle dishwashing liquid, and brushing them with a soft toothbrush. Dry off with a clean microfiber cloth, and ensure that your piece is completely dry before storage.

Warranty

All our pieces come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Do note that manufacturing defects do not include: normal wear-and-tear, natural tarnishing, broken chains, or chipped or broken stones.
